Week 12 - October 28 - November 1

I want to wish Jinny a very happy birthday. We really enjoyed the yellow duck cake. Thank you so much. Now we are counting down to Betty’s birthday next Monday!

This week the little teacher was Tim. He did a very good job remembering all of the day questions – What day was yesterday? What day is today? What day is tomorrow?

Monday –
Motor Skills – Letter Ll. These are very easy for the kids.  My prompts for them for big L are “top, bottom, across.” While this one is easy, they tend to rush it and make it a bit messy. For small l my prompt is “top, bottom.”
Phonics – Letter Tt. Have students listen to and pronounce the letter Tt. Have students listen to and identify the Tt sounds in a poem. The students then will look through the poem and circle the small and big Tt’s.
